About ULxInfinity

ULxInfinity (ULx∞) is a free training-planning project built to make the next workout easier to choose when real life does not follow a perfect weekly split.

Why this exists

ULx∞ was developed by a student lifter with an engineering and powerlifting background. The aim is to make workout selection understandable: preserve what you have done, identify areas that merit attention, and turn that information into a practical Upper or Lower training session. A recommendation should have reasons, not just an opaque label saying it is “optimal.”

What you can use today

Current release v0.8 — Training Styles includes deterministic workout generation, editable training priorities, saved-session logging, history and calendar views, an Action Audit, a searchable exercise library, favorites, exclusions, and custom exercises. The site is usable without creating an account or paying. You can use the planner to generate sessions or record workouts manually.

What we deliberately do not promise

ULx∞ is not a replacement for medical advice, physical therapy, professional coaching, or your own judgment about exercise safety. Its planning weights are heuristics rather than experimentally proven muscle-growth equivalents. It does not currently provide cloud backup or accounts, and its roadmap features should not be confused with features available today.

Who might find it useful?

Lifters whose workout schedules vary, people combining powerlifting practice with bodybuilding accessories, and anyone who wants to examine recent training coverage may find it helpful. If you already follow a carefully periodized coach-written plan, use judgment before mixing in a second planner.

Help improve the app

Feedback about confusing onboarding, exercise availability, incorrect recommendations, or mobile usability is particularly useful. When reporting a bug, describe the steps and expected behavior; never email passwords or sensitive health information. You can contact the developer or read the public methodology.
