Privacy Policy

This page describes how the current ULxInfinity website handles training information and which third-party services can receive technical information.

Who operates this site?

ULxInfinity (ULx∞) is operated by its independent developer. For privacy questions, contact huynhnry@gmail.com. This policy covers ulxinfinity.com.

Workout information stored in your browser

ULx∞ stores saved workouts, dates, exercises, sets, loads, repetitions, optional effort and focus information, custom exercises, favorites, exclusions, preferences, settings, and session drafts using your browser's localStorage for this website. This is necessary for the planner's history-based recommendations and reload recovery. The current site does not create workout accounts or upload these workout logs into a ULxInfinity cloud database.

Information stored locally is accessible to this site's scripts in that browser profile. People with access to your device or browser profile may also have access to it. Clearing website storage, using another browser/device, or losing that browser profile can remove or make that information unavailable. Version 0.8 does not include cloud synchronization or a built-in export/import feature.

Aggregate usage analytics (Umami)

The live site loads Umami analytics on the production domain to understand general traffic and feature use. This can include page visits and standard technical context such as browser/device characteristics and referrer information, processed by Umami as described in its own policies. The application's current custom events are limited to named actions such as session saves, exercise additions, settings saves, and navigation clicks. ULx∞ does not include weights, reps, exercise names, workout notes, or exercise-search text in those custom-event payloads.

The current script does not load Umami when the browser reports Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or when the browser has the site's umami.disabled opt-out setting enabled. Browser and privacy extensions may also block tracking. Statistics are aggregate estimates, not registered-user identities.

Control optional Umami analytics

You can turn off ULxInfinity's Umami analytics for this browser without deleting your workout history or settings. This control only affects Umami; it does not control Google advertising technologies, cookies, or consent settings. Your choice takes effect when you next visit the workout planner or another analytics-enabled page.

Checking this browser's analytics preference…

Google AdSense and advertising technology

ULx∞ includes a Google AdSense publisher script in its main page for site verification and review. At this update, the two manually configured advertisement positions have no active ad-unit IDs, and the site has not confirmed approval to serve ads. The Google script may still communicate technical information to Google when loaded. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.

If Google ads are enabled in the future, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other sites. Advertising providers may also use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers, subject to their technologies and applicable user choices.

You can control Google's personalized advertising through My Ad Center, and see additional industry opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. Other ad vendors may provide separate controls. The site owner must review any third-party ad networks and link their applicable policies if those networks are enabled. Appropriate regional consent controls must be implemented where required before applicable ad serving begins; this privacy policy is a disclosure, not a consent mechanism.

External services and links

Site hosting and network providers can process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and requests, to serve the website and protect availability. Clicking Support ULx∞ opens Buy Me a Coffee; any donation or payment is handled on that provider's site under its policies. ULx∞ does not collect your payment card number through its own website. Emailing the developer sends whatever information you choose to include through your email provider.

Your choices and requests

You can avoid optional donation links, use browser privacy controls, and clear ULx∞ site storage if you want to remove locally saved workouts and settings. Clearing storage can permanently erase your local training records; make a separate copy first if needed. For questions about voluntarily emailed information or privacy requests, use the contact address above. For data handled independently by Google, Umami, or a payment provider, their own privacy information and controls also apply.

Updates

We may update this policy when the app, vendors, or advertising arrangements change. We will update the date on this page to reflect meaningful revisions.
