Getting started with ULxInfinity

You can use ULx∞ without an account. Here is the shortest path from opening the planner to saving your first session—and what happens after that.

Before you start

ULx∞ is a flexible Upper/Lower workout planner, not a fixed Monday-through-Sunday split. Its recommendations depend on your saved training history and current priorities. The app currently stores your settings, workouts, and custom exercises in this browser, on this website—not in a personal cloud account.

Important: clearing this site's browser data, switching devices, or using private-browsing mode can make your saved training inaccessible. Export/import and cloud sync are not available in v0.8. Keep a separate training record if you need a backup.

  1. Choose a Training Style in Settings

Open Settings, then choose Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Powerbuilding, General Strength, or Custom. If the style offers a specialization, choose it too. Press Apply Training Style to use that starting configuration. You can then edit muscle priorities or your bench/squat/deadlift priorities and save them.

A higher priority makes an outstanding training need more important to the generator. It does not automatically add sets to your log or require that muscle in every session.

  2. Make the Exercise Library fit your gym

Open Exercise Library to find exercises by movement, equipment, or name. Mark an exercise as a favorite if you prefer it in a close choice, or exclude equipment or movements you cannot use. Exclusions block automatic selection but do not delete past workouts or prevent manual logging.

  3. Generate a recommendation

Return to ULx∞ Engine and generate the next session. The planner evaluates recent saved work and recommends an Upper or Lower session with exercises that address its current estimated deficits. The result is a starting point, not a command: check your equipment, technique, energy, and constraints before training.

  4. Start, train, and save

Use Start Session on the generated workout to turn it into your editable in-progress session. Enter sets, loads, repetitions, and any relevant effort information; then press Save session. You can also build a manual session in Training Log. In-progress drafts can recover after a reload, but only saved workouts count toward the Action Audit.

  5. See what changes next time

Open Action Audit to inspect the estimated coverage from recent saved sessions. When you generate again, the planner uses that updated record. The training-history window and target range are configurable in Settings. You can inspect and edit logged sessions in Training Log.
